Juan Jaysingh
Chief Executive Officer

Juan Jaysingh is President and CEO at Zingtree, leading the company’s mission to transform complex processes into clear actions for businesses around the globe. Since becoming CEO in January 2020, Juan has focused on scaling and expanding Zingtree as a profitable, B2B SaaS organization working with over 700 customers worldwide. 

Juan’s years of experience in tech entrepreneurship include his time at Universal Tennis, the sports tech startup behind UTR Powered by Oracle. Juan led the GTM strategy and rollout of UTR’s community platform to elite clubs and tennis academies worldwide. Juan also founded ZeeMee, a social media community platform for high school students transitioning to college. Under his leadership, ZeeMee was named to the inaugural CNBC Upstart 25 in 2017. Before ZeeMee, Juan held various technology consulting roles.

An accomplished tennis player, Juan immigrated to the United States alone at the age of 14. A chance encounter landed him full tennis scholarships to study and compete at Georgetown Prep and then at American University. Juan says passion and integrity drive his work ethic. As he likes to say, “if it’s too easy, it’s probably not worth it.” Juan and his family reside in Palo Alto, California.

Ramesh Bobba is a seasoned Technologist with an impressive track record of over 24 years in building high powered teams and building enterprise-grade Software Engineering Technologies.

His career has been dedicated to crafting and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that span the spectrum from traditional on-premise systems to the dynamic landscapes of Cloud/SaaS platforms.

Across his journey, he has garnered a wealth of expertise and discipline in developing innovative software solutions. This proficiency extends across diverse set of companies including Uniphore, 24x7.ai, Cisco Systems, Broadsoft, Transera, Hewlett Packard, DHL, Merrill Lynch and across different verticals.

His skills are equally versatile, ranging from backend and middleware development to creating impactful presentation layers. Ramesh has played a key role in building Search, Knowledge Graph and other AI/ML solutions including voice recognition and NLP/NLU/NLG Technologies He has a Masters in CS from Texas Tech University.

He lives in Fremont CA with his wife and two boys. Loves cooking, hiking and playing basketball with his boys.

Danna Troncatty Leahy is the Chief Operating Officer at Zingtree, responsible for the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success operations across the customer life cycle. Her focus is to build out best practices that enable rapid growth and operational efficiency.

Danna has 20+ years' experience across various enterprise and startup software companies. Most recently, Danna was the SVP of Revenue Operations and Corporate Development at VertexOne Software, who acquired WaterSmart Software where she served as Chief Operating Officer. She has helped multiple SaaS growth companies build out successful enterprise sales teams focused on customer acquisition and strong customer retention.

Danna has a BA in Economics/Business from the University of California, Los Angeles. She currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and family.

Scott Kincaid
Chief Financial Officer

Scott Kincaid is the Chief Financial Officer of Zingtree responsible for financial operations, corporate development, and investor relations.

Prior to Zingtree, Scott was the Head of Finance for F2 (Facebook Financial) which includes Facebook's initiatives in financial technology and blockchain, and before that, he was Chief Financial Officer of WaterSmart Software, a B2B SaaS company which was acquired by VertexOne. His extensive finance career began on Wall Street as an investment banker at JPMorgan, followed by investment positions in multiple types of funds that span the business lifecycle including hedge fund investing, private equity, and seed fund investing which makes him a highly strategic and data-driven executive.

Scott has a BA in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from the University of Oxford. He is based in San Francisco.

Brad Schieber is Vice President of Sales and Strategic Alliances at Zingtree, leading execution for the  direct sales team and implementation of our channel strategy.

Brad has 25 years of consulting and software sales experience, and is a recognized thought leader in the adoption of Enterprise class process automation platforms to improve customer experience, drive operational efficiency and meet compliance requirements.  Brad’s industry experience spans Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing and Public Sector.  

Brad was previously with Information Management Consultants (Reston, VA) where he oversaw sales across three corporate divisions including Commercial, Federal and Offshore Services teams.  Brad also led go to market strategy and execution with key business partners including IBM, Documentum, OpenText, Appian and UI Path to launch jointly developed vertical solutions targeting clients in operations, contact center, compliance and others.

Brad has a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University in Public Relations and Political Science.  He and his family reside in the Western suburbs of Chicago.

Prashanth Gujjeti leads Zingtree's Engineering team that is responsible to deliver an enterprise-scale, AI enabled product roadmap. He is passionate about building enterprise SaaS products at scale driven by cloud-native technologies.

He led Engineering teams at Minerva CQ, Uniphore, Cisco, Broadsoft, and Transera Communications to deliver mission critical applications in the Conversational AI and CCaaS spaces including Agent Assist, Real-time Streaming Data Analytics, and Routing.Prashanth holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University and lives with his family in San Jose, CA.

GT leads Zingtree's Customer Success and Support Team which focuses on providing customers with the tools they need to drive adoption and achieve maximum ROI using the software. He is driving the transition from a self serve model to a more traditional mid-market/enterprise SaaS customer experience. He has worked at multiple start-ups in various growth stages and has 15 years of experience in Operational and customer facing roles. 

 GT holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from American University in Washington, DC.

Carey Lai is a Founding Member and Managing Director at Conductive Ventures with $250M in AUM focused on investments in the areas of software, hardware and technology enabled services. Carey has over 18 years of venture capital and technology experience.

Prior to Conductive Ventures, Carey spent over four years investing at Intel Capital focused on Internet and enterprise software companies. His portfolio included 500Friends (acquired by Dentsu), Box (BOX), BrightEdge, Gigya (acquired by SAP), Kabam (acquired by Netmarble), Nexmo (acquired by Vonage), Onefinestay (acquired by AccorHotels), Sprinklr, and SweetLabs.

Prior to Intel Capital, Carey worked at Institutional Venture Partners (IVP) where he focused on rapidly growing later-stage and growth-equity investments in Internet & enterprise software companies. He actively worked with the following IVP portfolio companies: ArcSight (ARST), At Road (ARDI), Business.com (DEXO), Concur (CNQR), Cortina Systems, Danger (MSFT), Data Domain (EMC), Mobile365 (SAP), SuccessFactors (SFSF), Synchronoss (SNCR) and Yodlee (YDLE).

Carey also worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst focused on the software and financial technology sectors. His transaction experience included offerings for some of the leading technology companies in the world, including Blackbaud Software (BLKB), Computer Associates (CA), Hewlett Packard (HPQ), Sungard Data Systems (SDS), and Tibco Software (TIBX). Earlier in his career, Carey worked at eBay in Business Development.

Carey has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also graduated with a B.A. in International Economics from the University of California Los Angeles.

Justin has more than 20 years of strategic operating experience in high-technology, including deep expertise in Saas, payments and network effect businesses. Justin was a Rally Technology Partner beginning in 2015 and joined Rally Ventures as Managing Director in October 2019.

Prior to joining Rally, Justin was CEO and cofounder of SportsEngine, one of Rally’s early portfolio companies. SportsEngine defined the SRM (Sport Relationship Management) market and under Justin’s lead, grew to provide its CRM and Payments platform to more than 45,000 paying customers and more than 35 million monthly unique platform users, while growing to more than 500 full-time employees and more than $100m in ARR. The company was acquired by Comcast/ NBCUniversal in 2016 and continues to operate as the amateur sports division of NBC Sports.

Prior to SportsEngine, Justin was the cofounder of Third North Creative which developed CMS and E-Commerce technologies. He currently serves on the boards of Anyroad, Total Expert, Negotiatus, Kaleidoscope, Yardstik, Zingtree and Bbot. Justin received his BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-EauClaire.

Pascale Diaine is a Partner at Storm Ventures. She focuses on sales & marketing automation, AI/ML, IIoT, retail tech, AR, computer vision, and robotics applied to the enterprise space.

Before joining Storm Ventures, Pascale founded Orange Fab, the corporate accelerator of the European Telco Orange and managed cohorts including Talkdesk (today worth $10B), Wonolo, Rallyteam (acq by Workday), Verdigris, Pixlee, and many more.

She also started an alliance of corporations piggybacking on Orange Fab’s deal-flow and helping cohorts land their first Fortune 500 customers.

She holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Technology at Compiègne (UTC).

Raj De Datta is Co-Founder and CEO of BloomReach, a leading software platform for digital commerce experiences that powers brands representing 25% of retail E-Commerce in the US and the UK.

Raj is a multiple time entrepreneur. Before launching Bloomreach, he was entrepreneur-in-residence at Mohr-Davidow Ventures, served as Cisco’s director of product marketing and was on the founding team of telecom company FirstMark Communications. Raj also worked in technology investment banking at Lazard Freres. Raj serves on the Council for Player Development for the US Tennis Association, as a Founder Partner at seed stage venture capital firm Founder Collective and an individual investor in over 20 start-ups.

Raj is the author of the upcoming book from Columbia University Press, “The Digital Seeker” which is a guide for digital teams to build winning experiences. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with a certificate in Public Policy and International affairs from Princeton University and a MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Vikram Verma has had a distinguished 30-year executive career with leading technology companies. He has been granted eight patents and honored with various accolades, including being named a Tau Beta Pi Williams Fellow and a "Technology Pioneer" by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Verma earned 3 degrees in electrical engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, the University of Michigan, and Stanford University. He has attended executive management programs at Harvard Business School, the University of California-Berkeley, and Stanford University.

Verma began his career at Savi Technology, Inc., a pioneer in the internet of things, eventually becoming its Chairman and CEO. After he led Savi's acquisition by Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), Verma served as the President of Strategic Venture Development for Lockheed Martin. After leaving Lockheed Martin, Verma was appointed as the CEO of Silicon Valley based cloud communications company 8×8, Inc. (NYSE: EGHT) and served in that role until December of 2020.

Verma has served on the board of RAE systems (acquired by Honeywell International (NYSE: HON)), Blackfire (Acquired by ROKU, Inc (NASDAQ: ROKU)) and Ping Identity (NYSE: PING, Acquired by Thoma Bravo). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cambium Networks (NASDAQ: CMBM), Cyara, Zingtree, Genesis Digital, LLC and the Advisory Board of Wiliot. In addition he serves on the Board of Trustees of Florida Institute of Technology.

Iana is currently a venture partner for Healthy VC, a leading seed fund focused on infrastructural solutions that enable technologies to scale healthcare. Prior to Healthy VC, Iana spent four years at GE Ventures, the VC arm of General Electric. While at GE Ventures, Iana was responsible for executing investments in healthcare technology startups spanning predictive analytics (AI/ML), genomics, clinical trial & RWE digitization, novel payment & insurance platforms, and new models of care.

Before joining GE Ventures, Iana was with ProCure Treatment Centers.  At ProCure she helped develop and operate the most extensive network of radiation (proton) therapy centers in the United States. During her tenure there, the company raised more than $700M and secured strategic investments from large healthcare systems and independent physician groups. After leaving ProCure, she joined Alvarez & Marsal’s Healthcare Group, where she focused her time on helping private equity firms evaluate potential investments and improve operations at their healthcare services and technology companies.  

Iana has served on multiple private and not-for-profit boards, is the recipient of a variety of awards and is a frequent speaker and panelist at leading industry events.

Iana earned her MBA from Columbia University and received her bachelor’s degree, with honors, also from Columbia University. 


Iana Dimkova

Noah Eisner's experience in the technology industry spans close to 30 years mostly focused in B2B software. He is most well-known as a founder of Coupa Software which held an IPO in late 2016.  At Coupa, he ran Coupa's product, engineering and design functions from Day 1.  Noah also held critical management roles at Oracle and then at Amazon Web Services as a General Manager of new Business Application services.  Most recently, he founded Seed to Scale Advisors to devote his time to assisting innovative startups and great founders reach their potential.  He loves to meet with entrepreneurs over coffee, his drink of choice.  And when he's not working with startups, he'll be camera in hand photographing all kinds of sports.  

Noah graduated from Cornell and then went on to receive a Master's in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford.

Anna Klombies is Chief People Officer at Total Expert. She has extensive experience with organizational design and development, change management, M&A strategy and execution, employee and labor relations, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. Anna is a strategic and creative executive who fosters a mission-driven culture of collaboration and excellence to drive employee engagement, business strategy and stakeholder value. She believes in fostering a mission-driven culture of collaboration and excellence to drive employee engagement, business strategy and stakeholder value. 

Leadership roles in previous companies (CBS MarketWatch, Dow Jones, Sports Engine) provided significant contributions in scalable high growth, multiple acquisitions, award winning culture and successful exits. 

Anna graduated summa cum laude from Concordia, a private Lutheran university in St. Paul, MN.  She currently serves as the Board Chair at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital, Presidential Advisor at Concordia University, a Tech Partner at Rally Ventures and proudly serves on the board of several up and coming tech companies.

Abbie McBride is the Chief Revenue Officer at WorkBoard, a Series C company that provides a results management platform for large and growing enterprises. She has led business development, customer success, and sales at startups and large technology companies during key growth phases. Prior to WorkBoard she was the Chief Revenue Officer at Fundbox, a Series C Fintech company, and she previously held leadership positions at Oracle and Opower. Abbie began her career as a strategic planner at Walt Disney, and graduated with honors from Stanford University and lives in Silicon Valley.

Abbie McBride

Arnab is Chief Product Officer for Xactly, where he leads a team of product managers, marketers, strategists and designers responsible for the strategy, execution and go-to-market success of Xactly's product suite. He serves as an independent Board member for SmartAction, a provider of conversation AI solutions for customer service. 

Previously, Arnab served as Vice President for BroadSoft (now part of Cisco) where he was responsible for a cross-functional organization focused on product management, marketing, engineering, alliances, and cloud service delivery. Arnab joined Broadsoft as a result of its acquisition of Transera, a company he joined at its founding as its initial Product Director and where he eventually served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Transera, Arnab held leadership roles with another software startup that was acquired by Alcatel. Arnab started his career in finance, working initially as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and then as a private equity investor at The Beacon Group (now part of JP Morgan Chase & Co.). 

Arnab holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Randall has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry as a successful business builder and passionate creator of high performing teams. Building on his major career experiences, including leading merger integration teams, starting and building new businesses, working with CEOs on turnaround strategies, and launching global brand campaigns, Randall now helps investors, leaders, and entrepreneurs navigate the dynamic insurance industry to find pathways for growth, to explore strategic opportunities, and to apply new, disruptive technologies.

Earlier in his career, he spent over two decades at Zurich Insurance Group, serving in executive leadership positions including COO and CMO in Zurich, Switzerland. Randall led the Group’s global marketing, distribution, and growth strategy. Randall also led regional management for North America and served on the Board of Directors. Prior to working at Zurich, Randall served as President of Continental Risk Management and as Chairman of Continental Risk Services in Bermuda, leading the merger integration team when they were acquired by CNA Financial.

Randall has served on the Board of Directors at Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York and Ronald McDonald House of New York. Randall and his wife also established a cancer research endowment at Penn State Hershey Medical School in honor of his father.

Randall earned a M.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. degree from American University.

Randall “Randy” Clouser

Shantanu is the Chief Product Officer at Full Potential Solutions, a provider of customer engagement products and services, where he oversees all strategic and operational aspects of product, analytics, engineering and IT. Previously, he was the CPO at Universal Tennis, the largest global community of 2MM players and events in tennis. 

Prior to Universal Tennis, Shantanu was Head of Product and Analytics at Goji, the leading online auto and home insurance agency and CEO & Co-Founder of Modit, a web-based platform for users to create and distribute their own mobile/web games. Shantanu started his career in growth equity at Staley Capital where he managed enterprise software investments in Acclaris ($140M exit) and Aspen Marketing Services ($345M exit) and M&A investment banking at Jefferies Broadview. 

Shantanu holds a BA in Applied Math & Economics from Harvard University. He played on the Harvard men’s tennis team and is a former player on the professional ATP tennis tour.
